Jet Mill

The Fluid Bed Dryer suspends and dries granules or powders in a stream of heated air. Capacities range from 5 kg to 300 kg. It provides fast and uniform drying for pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic and food products. The fluidisation process ensures good heat and mass transfer, reducing drying time while maintaining product quality. It is commonly used after granulation stages in solid dosage manufacturing.

The Planetary Mixer handles products of varying viscosities, densities and forms. Available from 3 litres to 2500 litres, it uses planetary motion of beaters combined with a high-speed dispersion or homogeniser blade. It is used for ointments, creams, pastes, powders, resins, ceramics and chemical dispersions in pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic and food sectors. The Rapid Mixer Granulator combines high-shear mixing and wet granulation in a single vessel. Capacities span 5 kg to 1000 kg. It produces uniform granules for tablet and capsule manufacturing in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries. The impeller and chopper system ensures consistent particle size and density. The Jet Mill is a micronising system that reduces particle size through high-velocity air or gas collisions inside a circular chamber. Models are available from 2 inch to 12 inch. It is ideal for heat-sensitive materials and produces particles typically in the 0.2–5 micron range. Applications cover pharmaceuticals, pigments, dyes, ceramics, agrochemicals and electronic materials. Benefits include no heat generation during milling, narrow particle size distribution and sanitary designs suitable for GMP requirements.
