ARK MachTek Private Limited is a machinery company based in Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra, specializing in the reconditioning, retrofitting and rebuilding of gear cutting machines and grinding machines used in the bearing industry. With more than 20–25 years of experience, the company operates two dedicated plants in the Pune region (Kharabwadi and Vasuli).
It converts conventional machines into CNC machines and upgrades existing CNC systems with modern controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens and NUM. Machines are rebuilt mechanically and can be supplied as tooled-up solutions that are IIoT ready. In 2024 the company added gear grinding machines to its portfolio. ARK MachTek focuses on making machines work efficiently so that people can focus on thinking and process improvement, serving national and global markets with technical expertise and value-added machine solutions.
